What we collect
If you send the contact form, we receive the name, email, subject, and message you type. The site also stores your language choice (English or Arabic) in your browser so the next visit can open in the same language. We do not run an account system on this site, so there is no password or profile stored here.
How we use it
Form messages are used to reply to you about a project or a question. The language choice is used only to set the page direction and copy. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
Contact messages stay in the inbox for as long as we need them to finish the conversation, then we delete or archive them with ordinary mail practice. The language choice stays in your browser until you clear site data or switch language again.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of a message you sent, or ask us to delete it, by writing through the contact form from the same email. You can clear the stored language from your browser at any time. If a request is about a different Jeelna product, we will tell you where to send it.
